The Great Salt Lake
Sunday afternoons we like to go for a car ride. Some Sunday car rides are longer than others. This last Sunday we stopped at the Salt Lake Marina. It was a pretty cold and windy day, especially since it had snowed that day and the night before. We let Ashley run around on the sand and get close to the water.

BaldFace
Chris just got back from a week-long trip to Baldface in Canada. He was choosen to go on the all-expense-paid trip by FourSquare. He left on Saturday, March 8th and flew to Spokane, Washington where he met up with others in his group. They took a bus into Canada and then flew in a helicopter to the actual resort/lodge. This picture is a few of the members of the group unloading their gear.

Here is a picture from the helicopter pad of the cabins that are located close to the lodge.

Can you see Chris in this picture?

Here, Chris is in the Cat which the group would ride in to get back up the mountain to snowboard down again.

Chris relaxing in the lodge with his friends Chris (left) and Jake (right).

Chris (in bright blue) with friends.

This is the picture that I would call, Chris trying to kill himself. He calls it a backside 180.

Chris riding in fresh powder. He said this was the best snowboarding ever!!!

A picture of most of the group.
