An Afternoon at the Zoo with Family

My brother Allen and his wife Rachel and four of their children came to Utah for a quick visit. We were able to spend a beautiful Saturday afternoon with them at Utah's Hogle Zoo. The kids had a great time and it was so great to see and spend time with family!

Rylee isn't quite sure what's going on. She hasn't missed a meal though from the looks of her cheeks!
The zoo puts on a bird show as well. Here we are waiting for it to begin. They said not to bring any food into the pavilion area because the birds would get distracted and swoop in and take it from you.

Madison enjoying a CapriSun before the show started.

Ashley trying to see what size Orangutan she would be.
Allen, Rachel, Brinley, Paige, and Easton. Taylor's missing from the picture.
Chris always making silly faces.

I'm not sure what I was about to tell Chris. I think the giraffe's might be one of Ashley's favorite zoo stops.
Another wonderful photography job by Chris.
Can you tell that Ashley hates to have her picture taken? As soon as I told everyone to turn around and smile.........she wanted to run out of the picture as soon as possible!

Glad you guys had nice weather for your Zoo trip! I really miss AZ weather when we are supposed to be having summer and are still wearing jackets! Your girls are so cute! Looks like you had a nice time with Allen and his family!

Unfortunately those who think I'm already in my 30's are in Young Women's with me!
